Virkon® S combines a flexible application with a broad spectrum of activity against numerous pathogens
Acts reliably at low temperatures, in hard water, on porous surfaces, in case of heavy organic infestation and is effective against a broad spectrum of pathogens (bacteria, viruses and fungi).
The disinfectant consists of peroxide-containing substances, surfactants, organic acids and an inorganic buffer system.
It can be used in a variety of ways to disinfect surfaces, water pipe systems, equipment, footwear and air.
Independent studies demonstrate the broad-spectrum effect of Virkon® S against the following organisms:
- over 100 virus strains from 22 virus families
- over 400 bacterial strains
- over 60 fungal and yeast strains
